Liveops- Orange Slip

I just received my an orange slip and I am freaking out... I did not say an affinty by verbatim, Will I no longer be able to answer calls.. Someone from LO is suppose to call me .. I am so nervous.. what is going to happen next..

Does anyone know how the procedure is next...

I know that live ops is a work at home company. I am not sure what the answer is either...but I am sure it is like getting written up???!!!
