Live Show vs Live Premiere

I know a while back it was toyed with the Tuesday show being pre-recorded then aired as a Premiere on Tuesday at 1, allowing the cast to record more videos in the day when everyone is available. A Premiere would still have the same interactivity as a live show, as the cast can still talk to fans in the live chat like they do now. A Premiere also keeps the views when it comes out whilst a live stream tends to have a view delay. If they wanted to do a Q&A video, it could still be done as a live stream or like it's done on Connecting with Walt with submitted questions. So, would you prefer a Live Show that airs on a Tuesday when the cast are able to or a Premiere with a set time?

I think they should swap to doing it as premiere as they don't really seem to heavily take much engagement from the chat as they did when they first started. As someone who listens to it as a podcast though whether it's live or pre recorded doesn't mean anything to me really.

I use to schedule my lunch around it now I don’t so I guess premier if a live show once a week is an issue, whatever works I listen on my way home now.

I listen typically on the podcast form now. Back in the day when they would have a healthy rotation of guests on their panel and do live look ins at the parks I would try and watch live but now its more suitable for just listening instead of watching as its essentially the same 2-4 people each week. It used to feel like a real show and now its just a podcast if that makes any sense

Makes total sense. I think we need a third choice

The third choice is the way. Maybe a live show is not needed anymore. Or at least as it was done.
I would like to see more videos period.
If what is stopping that is the whole live thing maybe not do that and make more videos. This group could be making decent YouTube money if it tried and was given the support it needed. I know the videos are to get people to take trips from the travel agency.

But you can do both. There are so many Disney Youtubers that have started a travel agency, or working for one or run ads for one.
We need more people hired. We may need another host and, for sure, a new producer. Whoever produces should not be hosting because running the machines and chat is enough work. What I see that is needed is planing. Videos seem to be just done and not alot of pre planning or work. I know that's how it was done back in the day but it's changed. Planning is important.
It seems like the podcast crew is just adrift and someone from management should be working on it.

I am hoping to see the videos bounce back, I know Patreon has taken a hit also. The views and subscribers are going down.
Many would say the ship is sinking but I think not. Now may be the time for the ship to turn and go to better waters.

Sorry if it sounds bad I am not here to break people down but to lift them up. I see what could be if the work was done and management supported them the way they should.

I like the premier, mainly because it allows for the team to make a few edits if anything goes wrong during the show. Then they can hang out in the premier chat.
