My Grandparents and I are staying over by the airport Friday night (they have a flight Saturday morning) and we are having dinner over there. You're welcome to join us if you don't have plans already!! It probably won't be until about 7:30 or so.

After Simpsons, I rode Men In Black and The Mummy. I lost my hat in The Mummy. That was kind of a bummer, but I was totally surprised at how fast that ride was. I was not expecting an indoor roller coaster. I thought it was a lot of fun.

Next up Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit.

OK, let me say right out, I was underwhelmed. I went in the single-rider line, which whisked me right to the top of the loading platform. Meaning, I missed all the instructions for how to pick your song. I got in my seat, looked at the little screen, picked rock, looked at the list of songs, started to hit something, and the ride started. Wait! I didn't pick a song! I ended up with some generic "electronica" beat that was blasting in my ears and was totally too loud! The music gave me a headache, the ride gave me a headache, and I just wanted it to end.

To be fair, I think I need to give it another chance. I would have rode it again, but I didn't want to wait in line again. I have a free 7 Day Pass from the SuperBowl promo. So maybe I can get over there again before I leave. However, I don't know if I want to pay for parking again. We'll see.
