Live from the June 22 Magical Mexican Riviera Cruise!

The Internet Cafe prices are less than the WiFi...that's interesting.

So glad you're having the good weather that we didn't have (June 8-15) and enjoying some really great excursions!!!

I read your report and as such we came armed with sweat shirts ;) I'm really glad to say we haven't needed them. I have been glad I had a light sweater for in the restaurants in the evening if my top is sleeveless.

Hi, Did you notice any Disney Magic Cruise Ship models? What are their prices?? My sone is looking forward to buying one. Did they have any openings for the Cabo Dolphin swim? I could not get one before so I hope they have some on the ship when we go July 20th. Have a BLAST!!!!
Nora:banana:

Very reasonable at $28.00. Quite nice too!

Hello,
It never did hit 80 today. We loved the Pixar talk. Victor Navone is a great speaker, really nice and interresting. I met his wife too - she had posted a couple of times on our pre-cruise thread. Today was a general talk about the Pixar company and the process of making a Pixar movie - they also have their hand in the new awsome Toy Story Midway Mania ride which we rode at DL. Tomorrow he will to a Making of Wall-E talk.

I'm skipping Disney Dreams tonight (gasp!) and relaxing with my family before we go to see Wall-E again at 10:45. I am glad I'm not being seranaded by Ben and Dana in the Promenade lounge - I know DCL has something for everyone but the Pointer Sisters is a part of my past I can do without ;) Now the Rockin' D is a different matter :goodvibes

Busy day tomorrow (and sniff, sniff our final day). DH and I have Palo brunch at 1030 (our first trip there) and the Pixar talk is at noon. Beer tasting at 2 pm. Hope the boys have a good day without their folks :woohoo:

Haven't heard the weather report yet for tomorrow.

Later,
TK

Thanks for the report. We're on the 7/6 sailing. kids will be happy to hear Wall-E is on the ship!

Woke up at the crack of 0925 today after attending the Wall-E PremiEAR at sea. (started at Midnight - yawn) GREAT movie with a really cute short film at the beginning.

Just wanted to say I saw Wall-e at a 12:05 A.M. show at a theater here in L.A. and Great is a understatement. This movie was spectacular. Maybe the best Pixar has ever done.

DH and the boys went to see it again last night and the boys are watching it for a third time right now! Our talk this afternoon is "Building a better Bot" and should be great! We have Palo reservations at 1030. 68 degrees right now. For some reason the Promenade lounge is overrun with kids and their families. Can't see any reason for it in the navigator...

Enjoy your cruise! Hope the weather is nice.
Cannot wait to hear more stories.

BTW, have you tried to make any Palo reservation on board? Was it smooth or competitive?

Thanks!

We were able to make additional dinner reservations without too much issue (we had our 2nd dinner on the last night; not sure if this is typically a "busy" night, but we had no problems booking last minute.)

Only little disappointment was on Thursday night DS's door magnet was stolen. The following night our DVC welcome Home magnets were taken off of both doors. Good thing they weren't family treasures.

On the Mazatlan Day someone thought that it would be "funny" to put a privacy please door hanger on our door. We didn't get our room serviced & by the time we got back it was tinme to get ready for dinner. Getting ready for dinner in a room w/ a bunk hanging down=NO FUN! =+)

P.S. It was nice mmeting you Teresa!
