Hey there kiddies!! What ya up to? 
Well, we here at the Saturday Night Chat Institute Of Molecular Wine and Jacuzzi Studies are pretty worn out because we have spent the week engaging in our favorite sport: Baseball!!! Ah yes, there's nothing like the old ballpark. . . the crack of the bat, the sun gleaming off the freshly mown grass, chasing down fly balls, cleats digging through the dirt trying to stretch a single into a double. . . clicking the remote between the Rangers game and the Cubs, calling up Dominos for pizza, heating up the nachos, icing down the beer, staying up late for the West Coast scores. . . (you didn't think we were crazy enough to actually get out in this heat and play ourselves, did you??? . . .

We must have watched 25 games and 178 episodes of "SportsCenter" this week. . . it was hard work, but it was worth it; not only did we manage to completely avoid any sort of productive activity, but we also learned a very important lesson: when the label on something says; "WARNING!!! DO NOT PUT IN MICROWAVE: CONTENTS WILL EXPLODE!!!!" you'd better listen. . .
Anyway, while we may never get that Velveeta out of the air conditioning ducts, we are very excited about tonight's chat because. . . Disney After Dark will be heading to our favorite park, Epcot, to enjoy one of WDW's best counter-service options, The Sunshine Season Food Fair!!! There is literally something for everyone at this unique and cheery pavillion- bakery goods, barbecue, pasta, booze. . .but wait, that's not all! After we chow down and loosen up, we are going to take a ride on one of Disney's most exciting attractions- Living With the Land.
You guys remember the Land, right? One of Walt Disney World's most exciting boat rides, describing the farming industry, past, present, and future! Where else can you find beans on a string, catfish experiments, and dirtless rutabagas! Woohoo, Marge! Break out the camera! Just watch out for the drop at the end! . . 
So, pick a fight with your spouse, give the kiddies a little Benadryl cocktail, fire up the computer, and join your chat hosts Sonjarella and WillyJ. this Saturday night in the Main Chat Lobby at 9PM EST. It's a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to hang out with your fellow DIS'ers and get to know each other better in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. As always, general Disney or Universal questions are encouraged and appreciated, and there will be a room full of Orlando veterans there to help you out. . .
