Hello!!! We arrived Sat. night (16th) @ POFQ and we have had a great time so far. It's been hot but not too bad. The crowds are almost non-existant!! Longest wait is 20min. We've been to MK, Epcot, and MGM so far. It started raining 20 mins. ago (tues.) and now it's cleared up. We are going to Beaches N Cream for dinner and then to DTD!!!! Yay!!!

I'm not too sure about this resort.....it is nice and quiet. I guess my husband and I were spoiled last year at CBR w/ a bus stop and pool right outside our room. I didn't realize how far the bus stop would be here. We are in bldg. 1 and it's about a 15-20 min. walk....w/ a 2 yr. old ;)

My DD6 said there was no way she was going on Tower of Terror. We said no problem....this was before we left for our trip. So this morning some of us are ready to go on it and she says...i'm going to go. And she did and she loved it. She went on Space Mountain, RNR, HM....all the rides I thought she wouldn't want to go on.

So anyway.....we are having a blast (all 8 of us) and we want to come back next year!!!

Any questions....just ask!

Thanks for the live update we are arriving on Sat. How is the rehab going around the resort? Is it much of a bother? Or low keyed.

Thanks and enjoy Dave

HI SNOOPYGIRL we are at Pop now. Did DTD earlier today, our friend Keliblue is there now.

Hi! :wave2:
thanks for checking in! :sunny:

when you say hot--is it int he '90's, how is the humidity?

We are from New Hampshire, would love to go in September, but have been in July & wow! couldn't take it!

Could you ask sweetly to change your room form anything closer to the bis stop? If POFQ is low, I'll bet they'll haveno problem with that request.
Of course, the packing up may not be worth it to you

Have a Magical time!
Jean

No bother at all. They have scaffolding (??) on the side of bldg 1 which we are in and we haven't seen or heard anything going on.

jonestavern---yes, low 90's and high humidity. It hasn't been too bad but today it really bothered me. It wasn't breezy today, either.

Also, we've been to:
Lunch: Cosmic Ray's, Sunshine Seasons, and Toy Story Pizza
Dinner: Wolfgang Puck Express, 1900 PF, Le Cellier

I will definitely do a full trip report and dining report when I get home but if you have any questions, I would love to answer them.

Thanks snoopygirl Glad to hear that it is not to disturbing.

Hey Jonestavern what part of NH are you in. I live there still and I am born and raised here.

And for a Yankee it is HOT HOT HOT in September in WDW. Was there last year and swore never again because of the heat. Brutal BUT Free dinning got the better of us. We leave in 4 days for 8 nights at the POFQ. We are planning to be up ealry retreat to the resort for the hottest part of the day and then back to the parks at night.

Snoopygirl Thanks again have a great trip
