Hey Brogan! Good to have you back doing another live report! This will be a great sendoff for us as we will be at BCV 10/5-10/12. Our October trip is usually just DH and I but this year we will be joined by my niece, her DH, his DM, and their 3 kids ages 3, 5, and one turning 9 on 10/10! Also, close friends of DN and her family will be at BWV during the same week. This will be DN and family's first trip as DVC members! We'll be sure to look for you and Grandpa Mohawk! Have fun and thanks for doing the live reports!

Ah, I little grand gathering of your own. You have my best wishes and/or deepest sympathies. It is a very different experience doing Disney as a duo vs. with an entourage.

We're headed over to BWV on Sunday, but only staying until Wednesday. We'll be at SSR during your trip. We check out on 10/12 as well.

Look for us in EPCOT. I expect we'll be drinking and eating our way around the world a few times. Just look for two motorized vehicles (wheelchair and scooter) riding in tandem. You can't miss Grandpa Mohawk's hair when he's sitting down at that level.

Ooooh, DH and I are arriving this Saturday, we'll keep our eyes peeled for you! I always love your trip reports so this time I'll have something to look forward to when we get back and I'm Disneysick (that's like homesick but for our other home WDW instead).

We're staying at BCV and are planning lots of time in Epcot, so if you see a redhead with a Stitch backpack and a long-haired guy with a beard it's probably us!

Day 3: Morning in Italy (Hables Espanol?)
¡Hola! ¿Usted habla español? Si no, you’ el ll despierta con un dolor de cabeza grande que escucha esta estación de radio.

In other words, who set the radio alarm clock for the ungodly hour of 6am and then turned it to a Spanish-speaking radio station? I wake up wishing I had learned Spanish and swearing to try that Rosetta Stone over the winter. My spattering of high school French does me no good. So far the only words I can pick out of the morning radio show are “internet” and “ok”. There’s probably also a “wake up, sleepy head or we’ll continue to drive you nuts talking about you in ways you can’t understand”.

The sun isn’t even up yet so I wildly swat the clock to shut it off. Grandpa Mohawk comes in thinking it’s someone at the door. He’s been listening to the Spanish radio for half an hour. Then why didn’t you shut it off before I started dreaming of being hopeless lost in a Mexican cantina and unable to even order a drink, I wonder.

Oh well, it’s a good excuse to get up and post last night’s blog. (The wireless internet was wonky due to the storm and I gave up at 11pm.) The sun rises at 7:20am to a clear, bright sky. So we decide to take a morning walk around the resort. No one is up but the salamanders.

The weather is a warm 75 degrees. A gentle breeze wafts through the air.

I'm not sure yet whether we'll need your sympathies or best wishes either. At least DH and I have our own studio and already have plans to do our own thing at least a couple of days.

Will definitely look for you two as you are quite a celebrity here on the disboards but we won't get to spend quite as much time at the Food & Wine Festival this year. On the other hand, it will be nice to see Disney through the eyes of children again.

Thanks guys. I was a little bit behind in the logs as it takes longer to write them when you're busy doing stuff. I should have Thursday and Friday up by tonight.

Just a heads up, we move over to BWV on Sunday. GM and I have been staunchly avoiding EPCOT this week so we can get the full exposure to F&W when we're staying onsite.

Tomorrow (Saturday) looks to be our Seaworld day.

Oh and just so you know, Grandpa Mohawk has learned how to check this discussion thread. He checks in to see what's been said. So if you have any direct comments or questions for him, post here.
