hello ... I am posting from my phone ... sorry for the shortness. got here yesterday and hit MK in the afternoon. Resort is very quiet but the park was busier than dw and I thought it would be ... definitely a 30 plus minute wait on pretty much everything. Still loved it as we stayed until closing. DD is taking a bath and we are going back when the park opens....hopefully will be better. So far traveling with 4 month old DS has been a breeze ... knock on wood. Take Care Everyone.

in front of the castle right now ... crowd seems significantly today. Gotta say it is hot waiting for the show .... but worth it. Earlier we did all the rides in Fant. Land and hit Haunted Mansion ... so much fun.

Thanks for the live updates. I always find MK busier on Mondays. Hope you have low crowds for the rest of your trip.

crowds are definitely less today ... we are eating in liberty tree right now ... got some time with Jessie and Woody next door ... all I can say is meal plan equals a ton of food. we are going to do something we have never done before ... go back to resort for a break ... oh yeah! got my four year old on splash mtn ... my first as well ... soooo much fun ... we bought the photo .... priceless

hi triplefigs....we ended up not doing conc. due to meal plan. we are in a tower room in boca chica ... it has an extra sitting area ... I am there right now as we are about to hit the pool ... here is a scary thought ... we have been to wdw a number of times and never been to a pool ... always in a park! so get this ... we buy a bouncy seat that collapses but then as we are packing we find it too long for our super big suit case! we ended taking apart an old one we have and put it back together here. before I submit this I have to say the pot roast at liberty tavern is great.

hi .... back from the pool and MK ... got a number of char autographs ... dd fell asleep on my shoulders while watching the halloween fireworks. dw is getting the ds his last bottle as I thumb this out. let's hope for a magical night of rest...heading to epcot first thing in the morning. I have to say that we have had nothing but great CMs ... they have all been so nice. oh yeah dd did her first pin trade today ... with a nice CM named William at the Stitch meetup next to the buzz lightyear ride

Love these "on-the-spot" reports! Thanks for taking the time to share with us. We went with a 4-month old also, and she was great. At that age they just sort of go with the flow. Have a great time at EPCOT tomorrow. The CM's are great with the kids who are new to trading -- glad your DD is enjoying it!

I am picking myself up off of the floor (I fainted after reading your post). You have never been in a pool while vacationing at WDW? I am SHOCKED! And you are at the Grand Floridian, to boot? Double-SHOCK! (hee hee)

You see, my favorite thing to do while staying at the Grand is to simply relax in its swimming pools. ~Ah!~ For me, that is nirvana...

Have a wonderful vacation. It sounds heavenly.

Yes, I looove the waterfall pool at sunset, and looking at the lake from inside the pool so it looks like the pool extends alll the way to the lake...it's so relaxing and beautiful!

well ... the pool was a smash hit with dd ... she loved the slide. dw is in the shower and we are about to head out to epcot. I am sitting here with dd and ds .. ds does not like her hair being combed ... so it is the usual morning negotiation of how many combs I will do .... arrrgggghhhh. when the room is made up I will take photos. take care.

sitting and listening to the beauty and beast preshow .... since dd has her belle outfit on they escorted us to the front!

in mama melrose's ... slight afternoon shower ... but nice as it cooled down ... dd is totally out in the stroller ... ds is 'communicating' for his next bottle ... dw is embarrased as when she was waiting for dd and myself to finish up soarin she went to pour a bottle but with no liner and it went all over the sidewalk .. cm reminded her that people lose their stomachs all the time right there (after soarin) ... heading over to playhouse ... beauty show was great

ahhhhhh....having a frozen coke from peevys sitting next to the dino and indiana jones .... dd woke up very hungry ... she is scarfing down a pretzel .... heading to muppets 3d

on the bus right now from mgm ... we are not staying for the show .... I know it is great but we have been going with dd and ds since 8 am ... we are poop ... dd is enjoying her ariel cookie as her tink shoes blink in the dark of the bus ... ds will be getting the final bottle of the day ... we hope! what a great day.

Starrin - I also have been to WDW about 30 times and just started going in the pools on our last few visits (Augusts)!! We are usually park maniacs!! There is always so much to do & see, and with 5 in our family everyone wants to do & see different things!!
