Live broadcast next week from the Wonder....

My favorite radio station will be broadcasting all next week from onboard the Wonder. I believe Melissa and Bill are on from 5:30am-8:30am. They are awesome! I listen to them every morning during the week.
They are also giving away a Disney Cruise vacation!

Its not just a local station, so anyone can listen. Tune into 93.9 fm!

I am listening now as I am working at my computer...

Our local station is also a Clear Channel station. (not online) They now go by MAGIC 99.3. I have soooo been wanting to try to get them interested in giving away a cruise on the Magic as a big promotion. Wonder if they would buy it, with their new call-name!

What a way to start off a cold morning in Northern IL! Wishing and dreaming I was already there. I will have to take a listen, I am sure I can get the station from where I am.

The radio station I work for did a Live radio broadcast from the Wonder in September. Their show was from 5:00am to 9:00am. A few months before the trip they gave away 10 pairs of cruises on the Wonder.

I also work for a Clear Channel Station, WALK 97.5, Long Island, New York.

I wasn't so luckly to go along but went on my Wonder cruise a few weeks later.

It was neat listening to them interview some of the cast members about the going ons on the ship, and then experiencing them for yourself.



Enjoy the broadcast, and don't get upset if you lose the broadcast every now and then. It seems the satelite up links loses its signal sometimes when it docks or leaves port.

I misunderstood..their not giving away a free cruise. They are giving away a free cruise everyday next week!
Usually they do it by having the listners call in and try to answer a trivia question.
I guess this isnt the first time they have done it. Melissa Foreman said last year they broadcasted from the Magic.

Geez...I should get a radio personality job! Let them give me cruises every year..I wouldnt mind, even if I had to work a few hours a day.

Last year while getting my massage on the Magic I found out that my favorite local DJ, Fast Jimmy, was also on board. We went the next day to check out the live broadcast from the booths across from the ESPN entrance. One of the Marketing reps came to see if he could help us and when we told him we were local fans they let us in to listen. Fast Jimmy let me send a 'shout out' back home to Baltimore. When I got home I had a few folks ask me if I was on the radio...it was so cool to be in the middle of the Caribbean but broadcasting back in Baltimore. When DH & I booked this cruise we called Fast Jimmy to see if he was going again....yep, he's going in December but were going in January. So if you go the first week in December tell Fast Jimmy that I said hello!!
