I'm back on the eating/exercising trail again :cool1:

I made it through cheat free yesterday on the diet plan and walked on the dreadmill for 45minutes.

I haven't been great about the desserts I have been eating, but....I have worked out 3 days in a row :) Walked 1 mile, 75 ab crunches on the ball, 30 obliques on each side and free weights ;)

Keep it up girls!!!

I well off the darn wagon again :guilty:

With only 17 days until WDW I have got to get in gear. I have all my breakfasts/lunches for the rest of the week at work so no more fast food.
