Little People Big World *NEW EPISODES* SEASON 4 - 2009!!!!

I think that might have been last season. The only time they showed Matt at home with Amy on the new episode is when he was leaving for Iraq and when he first got back. There wasn't really anything said besides how his trip went and stuff. I think I remember the Goodwill conversation from an older episode.

It was the episode when they were saying how they've been living in only two rooms for the last two months due to the remodeling, and it's getting on their nerves.

I tivo'ed Little People from Monday night (10/20)...and watched them last night.....does anyone know if those were NEW episodes....:confused3

It was the kiddos all camping out.

Next week looks new....Matt and Amy travel to Nashville to speak at a conference sponsored by Kentucky Fried Chicken....I am dying to see how Matt and Amy factor into KFC??

I think Amy majored in Hospitality in college, then said nobody would hire her because she's a little person. So the B+B is an old dream. However, she's pretty much on record as keeping a filthy house AND not wanting strangers in it, so I can't see that taking off as a project any time soon, unless they just build it somewhere on the property and have staff to cook and clean and greet the guests. Maybe Camarino -- they make him do everything else!

Matt and Amy are off to Las Vegas.....did anyone see this show last night?

Watching last night, the kiddos w/Mike, while A&M are away....the house was the WORST shape I have ever seen it and I have been watching since the first season........... And then the toilet over flows after someone poohed..........:scared: How can that be a healthy situation in that house??? :confused3

I like seeing the older boys include Jacob....he tends not to be so baby-ish when they allow him to join them. And I love it when everyone hugs each other so much when A&M come home from wherever they may have been.

The Conference was great and A&M have such awesome friends. :goodvibes

It is so good seeing Mike; as these were the last few shows he was on as he passed away this summer. :sad1:

'Little People, Big World' family friend Michael Detjen dies at age 60

By Christopher Rocchio

Michael James Detjen, a family friend of the Roloffs who frequently appeared on TLC's Little People, Big World reality series, died early Thursday morning at the age of 60.

Detjen was transported to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center after experiencing chest pains and passing out Wednesday evening at a Hillsboro Soccer Club meeting, The Oregonian reported Thursday. He died during surgery after suffering a torn aorta.

"It is with the deepest sadness and devastation that we must inform our friends and fans of the passing of our extended family member, Mike Detjen," Matt Roloff wrote Thursday on the family's personal website. "For the past eight years Mike has been a business partner, brother, coach, friend, and confidant. He was truly like an uncle to our kids."

It was nice and a little tough at the same time to see Mike in the show. I keep waiting for them to acknowledge his passing. Do you think they will say something in the show about it?

I really liked last night's Vegas episode. They do have a great group of friends!

I'm not a "neat freak", but living in that house would drive me out of my mind!!! :scared:

Mike Detjen passes away.....omg this was the saddest espisode tonight. :sad1:

This was so hard to watch last night. I cried the whole episode. :sad1:

I thought that they did an excellent job paying tribute to Mike on the show, without exploiting the situation for the sake of the show. I think Mike would have been pleased.:goodvibes

The episode preceeding it was one I hadn't seen before with the Trebuchet accident:scared1: How ironic that this was the project Jacob and Mike were working on in this last episode.

Mike is very missed, not just by the Roloffs, I think everyone who watches their show will notice the void he left.

Mike seemed to be so much a part of the Roloff family. He did everything from watching over the kids when Matt and Amy were away, to coaching soccer, to working on projects around the farm. I'm sure he will be greatly missed. I think they paid him a nice tribute last night.

The episodes were a bit off though, because Matt mentioned in last nights episode that he was going off to Iraq a few days later. That episode was the first of the season I believe.

I am wondering why they played them out of order as well.
Something was mentioned about it being the first day of summer vacation for the kids. Last week, they did the Christmas episode:confused3

I was surprised the Mike passing episode was done so well however......

The housewarming party was WAY over the top for me....400 of their closest friends??? No one has 400 close friends and if they do, few are real friends.

Also, the way the family dressed for the memorial service was disgraceful. Molly had flip flops on and jeans!?!?! I understand the older boys having their team shirts on but don't they have decent shoes and a pair of khaki's? I mean, these people have so much crap and clothes everywhere, don't tell me they don't own at least one pair of decent pants. To me, it was inexcusable.

I sometimes can't believe the level of ignorance these people have in regards to personal space respect. The house is an utter disaster and the new addition is probably trashed already. The brief scene where they showed the twins room showed it was already in shambles. And Zack's car? Oy Vey!

It just doesn't seem to matter how little or much space they have, the place is a mess!!

That said, I still enjoy this show.....:)

I like that they are "messy" I think it makes them real.

I thought the show was extremely well done. I can't imagine what a blow this was to the Roloff family. Jeremy just killed me with his tribute at the memorial service. They are sometimes mouthy, but seem like the absolute sweetest kids when push comes to shove. I love this show.

I thought Mike had two sons, only one seemed to be involved in the planning, etc. of the funeral. Very sad; what a great guy. I understand he pretty much started youth soccer in their community when his boy(s) were little. He was obviously a giver. :sad1:

Little People Big World is back. :happytv:
