Well although it wasn't a "great value" I booked it. There is never free dinning in July right?

There's no history of a public offer for free dining for July dates.

Is the discount on an AOA suite ever a better price than the LM room? I have a LM room booked for October but it sounds like a discount isn't going to happen so I wonder if it will happen for a suite and we can upgrade for close to the same price. Any thoughts? Thanks!!

For my trip in August, the suites with a discount were still over $100 more than the regular priced LM rooms.

As posted above, even with a discount, AoA suites are still far more expensive than LM rooms at full price.
