Little Britian and Little Britian USA

I watched it last night as I had sky+ it.

I thought some of it was hilarious, I was LOL. Other bits were not so good....what was with the woman and talking dog????? :confused3

I too watched it last night - I didn't find this sketch funny at all either.
The Astronaut sketch was good but went on a bit too long. Lou and Andy was predictable but funny.
I've got the series set to record so I'll give it another chance - not the best from Lucas and Walliams.

Personally i can't stand the programme, but Dh loves it.

I can't stand it either, DH recorded it and put it on last night, I told him to watch it on his own or I was going to bed - this was 8pm! :lmao:

We watched Merlin instead! ;)

Little Britain is one of them programmes which i have to be in the mood to watch and they often try to hard to be funny if you know what i mean. Jimmy Carr, Ricky Gervais etc on there stand up shows are absolutely hillarious. They are naturally funny, although sometimes very rude but speak a lot of truth in there shows :goodvibes

It's interesting how much tastes vary when it comes to comedy. Personally I love Alan Partridge, 15 Storeys High (most underrated show ever IMO) and Black Books but I know many others don't 'get' them at all, rather like me with The Office ;) I haven't watched LBU but quite like the original (not one of my favourite comedies generally but I think Ray McCooney is hilarious :rotfl2:)

I watched some of it last night, I did laugh at what I saw except for the woman and her dog. I missed the part where Vicki is put into a juvenille boot camp.

Im just drawn to this show, I dont know why?

Thought the wife who was a Lesbian and the Husband didnt know it was genius especially with the Martina Navratilova then Ian McKlellan book at the end.

That bit was funny. I thought it was much nearer the knuckle in the second episode and I was not happy to see the 'bitty' family back. :sad2:

I had no problem with the sketches, some were better than others, but that was the same in the first series. I loved the 2 guys at the gym!

I did think the acting wasn't as good as in the UK series, but that could be just me.
