It's always hard to pick a favorite Morrissey OR Smiths album. They've created so much great music.

I saw this sticker on a car when I was up in Austin for a show this past July. I couldn't resist getting a picture of it. You'll appreciate this I'm sure

Hell Among the Yearlings-Gillian Welch(one of the best singer/songwriters of this generation IMHO)

The Best of The Velvet Underground-the Velvet Underground(I know "Best of.." albums aren't supposed to count but I couldn't resist.)

Oh, no, hits collections are perfectly fine. As are live albums.

Oh, no, hits collections are perfectly fine. As are live albums.

Hmm...in that case, can I include the Duran Duran Live From London CD that was included with the DVD, even though it wasn't a stand-alone album?

And The Cure Show is one of my favourite live CDs ever.

I could not find the Gossamer CD ANYWHERE...I had to download it from itunes. I couldn't even buy it used on amazon. Are they even still around?

6. News of the World....Queen

It was a complete toss up for me between News of the World and Night at the Opera. And looking at the track listings for both, I almost think I made the wrong choice. Sheer Heart Attack was punk before punk was cool. I love Spread your Wings and It's Late. And Get Down, Make Love has such a funky groove to it. It is one of my favorite Queen songs, right along with Great King Rat and Innuendo. Now I'm starting to reconsider my choice.

Apparently they aren't around anymore. I searched and came up with a Wikipedia article on them... and I quote.. "Gossamer went into indefinite hiatus in mid-2003". Boo!
