Hi there ,

Since we are leaving in a few weeks, I'd like to get an opinion of the best mix drinks/cocktails served in the parks. We are staying offsite have neither the time nor patience to go to a resort, so that's why just 'parks only' is my question.

Whats the best at AK? MGM? Epcot? and even Boardwalk and DTD?:drinking1

TIA!!

Margarita on the Rocks at Tambu Longe (poly).

Spoodlerita at Spoodles

Blue Zoo at the Dolphin, ya not a park, but so close. A Cable Car martini. Oh can't wait till August! :cloud9:

Strawberry Margarita from Dawa Bar in Animal Kingdom, Tokyo Sunset from Teppanyaki in Epcot,

I have heard that thee is 2 frozen drinks in France that I am dying to try One with Grey Goose & one with Grand Marneir(sp?). The Banfi Rose' Sparkling Wine in Italy. Kir or Kir Royal in France.

Dawa Bar at AK- Banana Daiquiri

Epcot- Smoothies in France, love both flavors (limon citron & grand manier!):cool1:

:drinking1 Wishes List to try on next trip is September is Peach Tea smoothie in China at Epcot.

The best drink I had on my last WDW trip was a Iced Chai Tea.:thumbsup2 It was on a couple of resort lounge menus.

Roae & Crown has some good mixed drinks.................I just can't remember their names.:sad2:

I can vouch for all of the above, they are fantastic.

Don't forget the strawberry infused champagne in the wine tasting area of Germany, along with the wonderful wine flights.

Don't forget the Limoncello in the wine tasting area of Italy.

There used to be a wonderful fig vodka in the outside Biergarten area of Germany...Fieglings..I have to find it. They would have it, not have it, have it, not have it. The bottle is easily recognized if they do..clear bottle, big eyes with a cool purple cap.

AK - Pina Coladas or Rum Runners at Dawa Bar. FYI - that's a great place to sit and chill for a bit even if you aren't having an alcoholic drink and you can usually catch some sort of "show" in the open space next to the bar, like the acrobats or musicians!

EPCOT - I had a Glo Tini (thanks to suggestions here at the Dis) at the Rose & Crown Dining Hall. Slurp!

MGM - we got a carafe of Sangria in Mama Melrose's and it was awesome! It was only $9 for the whole carafe, too, which was about 2 1/2 cups each for me and Dh.

BoardWalk Area... there was a coffee place on the boardwalk that also had some drinks. I got Baileys in a coffee. MY FAVE!

Yachtsman Steakhouse - Raz Tini! It was a martini made with Raspberry Vodka. To die for!

Ooh what's in the Glo tini? Is it sweet? I LOVE really sweet mix drinks. lol

margaritas, margaritas, margaritas. Everywhere. At the pools. At the resort bars. At the restaurants. In Epcot at the Mexican pavillion (indoors and outdoors). One of my favorite things about visiting WDW is those lovely frozen concoctions. Maybe it's just being on vacation, but I find them delicious everywhere. BTW, when we visit Hilton Head, we find the margaritas there to be just as tasty!

Oh I knew I should have written down the ingredients. It was definitely sweet. It had blue Curacao in it and vodka, but I'm not sure what else. Maybe pineapple juice? It was really good.

Oh I am looking forward to trying that! And if you like sweet You might want to try IceWine in Canda. Pricey but woth it.

Another vote for the Grey Goose lemonade slush in France!!

My husband and I are most looking forward to the Stop Light Margarita at the Backlot Canteen at MGM. Allears describes it as: "layering of strawberry, golden and melon". I'm not quite sure what the golden is... but it's tasty!:rotfl2:

Can you get the Smoothies in France at a walk up booth/kiosk? I hope so...I don't plan on eating inside of the restaurants at France. I have seen pictures and they look so good!
