List of single rider rides and participating in express rides?

Hi! Where can I find a list of all the single rider line rides and of the rides participating in express pass? I am going by myself for one day of fun on Thursday 12/30 (BUSY!!) Do you think it would be better to use the express or single rider lines for those that participate in both?

Hulk (it varies when it opens, you'll have to ask the Greeter [Team Member out front])
Spiderman (again, it varies when it's open)
Doctor Doom (always open)
Ripsaw (sometimes open)
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey (always open)

USF

Rockit (sometimes open)
Mummy (always open)
Men in Black (always open)

All rides and shows will utilize Express EXCEPT for:

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
Pteranadon Flyers
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey

Good question. I would say single rider but curious as to what others think.

I don't know...it's going to be slammed and I've seen times when the single line is LONG. I think Express is the way to go here except first thing in the morning but by 10am or so...look out!
