Well...there are MANY variations of "special needs" so it all depends on that guest's specific needs and that particular ride. I suggest you check out the disABILITIES FAQ thread pinned near the top of this forum, it has quite a bit of detail about various accommodations. And feel free to ask questions if you don't find what you need.
