List of cheapest restaurants in Disneyland with example prices and menu items

We had the ice cream nachos when we were there in December. So yummy and enough for two or three people. :thumbsup2

RED ROCKETT’S PIZZA PORT, Tomorrowland
$6.99 (lunar cheese slice) - $9.99 (count down chicken fusilli OR celestial Caesar chicken salad)

The chicken salads and the pastas are big enough to share, which makes them more affordable and they are yummy also.

I also was surprised at how small the Bengal BBQ skewars were and didn't find them particularly cheap considering.

I concur with others suggesting sharing to save $ as well as feel a lot better overall. There are 3 of us (myself, DH and DD5) and we will often order 1 regular meal/sandwich, 1 kids meal and sometimes a side of veggies and that is always enough for us. We aren't stuffed silly but honestly when you are doing a lot of walking and riding you don't want to be too full anyway.

We also usually have breakfast in our hotel room - most mornings it's instant oatmeal packets we brought from home and can prepare w/ the coffee maker to heat water. If our room has a fridge we buy a small container of milk for the oatmeal as well. We also travel with lots of fruit like apples and bananas which we can eat while walking to the park and also as mid-morning snacks in the park. That way we can focus on rides during those first few hours when the park is emptiest instead of sitting around eating.

The mexican counter service places at both parks are a good value - sometimes if we are not too hungry we can share a single entree w/ extra corn tortillas for the 3 of us. We like the chicken w/ rice & beans plate (don't recall its name but we've had it at both parks).

We also bring a 1 liter water bottle which can be refilled in the park and save us a bunch while we hydrate during the day. Plus we only order tap water with our meals which also greatly cuts down our meal cost.

Finally, when we opt for a dessert in the evenings, our favorite is to share a 1 or 2 scoop ice cream w/ hot fudge sauce. Not quite as expensive as ordering one of the published sundaes and buying 1 instead of 3 is a lot less $.
