List of characters available?

Is there a list anywhere of which characters you can meet? and where? I'm putting together autograph books and I know there's a list for WDW but is there one for here?

No, there is not. I could come up with a list of who we saw but most of them are roaming/random vs. fixed so it's a total toss up to know if they'd be there on your trip or not.

I thought there were a number that were fixed places. Yes please though, that would help a lot.

DLR doesn't really have a lot of characters that are consistently available. There are three types of meet and greets: the fixed locations, the semi-fixed locations, and the free roaming. Even at the fixed/semi-fixed locations, there is a good chance that the actually characters vary.

• Princess Fanatsy Faire - usually three princesses inside and one outside. The most commonly mentioned ones are Ariel, Snow White, Aurora, Cinderella, Rapunzel & Flynn, and Merida.
• Pixie Hollow - Tinker Bell (usually) and a friend (I've seen Silvermist).
• Critter County - Winnie the Pooh and friends (characters vary)
• Town Square - Usually Mickey and friends (rotates)
• Toontown - Mickey meets at his house, as does Minnie at her house.
• Entrance to DL - there is often a character out near the Mickey floral, but it varies who it is and they aren't always out there.
• Buena Vista Street - Usually Mickey and friends (rotates)
• Paradise Pier - Usually one of the Toy Story characters (e.g., Woody, Buzz, or Jessie)
• Anna & Elsa - In DCA (FP)
• Olaf - In DCA (FP)
• Cozy Cones - Rotates between McQueen, Mater, and Red
• Near Playhouse Disney - One of the Disney Junior Characters (I saw Princess Sophia)
• Marvel - Captain America and Thor in Tomorrowland (across from Innoventions)
• New Orleans Square - Princess Tiana is frequently found in the area, but her exact location varies.
• Adventureland - Aladdin, Jasmine and/or the Genie often meet near the entrance to Adventureland (location varies)

The semi-fixed locations are places where characters meet, but the characters can vary. They aren't always at the location. The roaming characters are much tougher to predict.

There were a couple other consistent character spots when we were there. Otherwise all of those above were the regular characters we saw

Someone met near Soarin, by a plane. We saw Pluto several different times

Russell and Dug were in the wilderness explorer area

Oswald was regularly just inside the DCA entrance

AND others with Tink during our trip were Iridessa, Fawn and Rosetta

On the way out of the park this afternoon, we just missed meeting Cinderella, she was going to the parade. At the exit, the cast member said we can cal. The ask Otto phone number 714 520 7090 and find where a certain character will be at which time.
We will try that on Tuesday when we are here again.

But also we ate at big thunder ranch bbq from 11:45 - 1:00 today, and we sat near the fence near the animals, which I guess is the meet and greet area for woody and Jessie. They were constantly coming and going there, and after we ate, my younger went up to meet Jessie. Really no wait with them at that time and that area.

You can hit up Town Hall on Main Street USA and they'll have a list of all the scheduled appearances. But the random ones usually aren't scheduled.

And as noted, Ask Otto! can connect you to cast members (which may just have the Towen Hall info)
