As many may already be aware, WDW will begin Early access to WDW beginning 10/1/21 - all 4 theme parks will open 30 minutes early for guests staying onsite. Similarly, WDW will begin Evening access to Magic Kingdom and Epcot but only for guests staying onsite at a Deluxe or DVC resort (includes Swan and Dolphin, Swan Reserver and Shades of Green)

Notable rides that are not on the list include 2 of Disney's newest attractions: Rise of the Resistance and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, both of these rides will be available via free virtual queues OR via paid Individual Attraction Lightning Lane Passes (TBD on when this will be available and what prices will be like).

Other potential "Tier 1" rides which will likely be featured as Lightning Lane Individual Attractions (LLIA) but will be available during either Early Access or Evening Access include confirmed LLIA: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain (YT video shows as LLIA) and rumored LLIA: Flight of Passage, Slinky Dog Dash and Test Track.

They made a big deal of the deluxe late hours, but it seems kinda strange it's only gonna be for 2 parks.

To me, Hollywood Studios is the one park that’s conspicuously absent from the late hours. I know HS hasn’t had extra magic hours in awhile, but given that it’s the park with perhaps the highest concentration of very popular attractions, I was really hoping they would include it.

Looks like they're staying with the attractions that have always been open for either EE or EMH evenings as well as continuing to exclude rides that are VQ. I'll still take it, it's a huge advantage, especially the evening hours since they're limited to Deluxe and DVC.

I think that is the VERY reason. Hard now to get everyone out of the HS park.

I am disappointed that the new rides are not included in the Deluxe Evening Hours, but if I can get some of these other rides accomplished in the evening, it provides more time in the day to dedicate to the new and tier 1 rides. But, in my opinion, Deluxe guests and quite frankly all resort guests need to get some of the on-site perks and benefits back. Maybe, 1 lane pass per day.

PeopleMover not on the evening list is a strange one for me. I love a nice serene nighttime ride around Tomorrowland.

Have there been dates announced for that?

There has not been any official announcement, but likely pretty soon. They may end up keeping it open during the evening hours if it is operating and just not advertising such so that nobody is upset when it does go on refurb.
