List of all DVC's inside WDW that are up to 5 people

Is there a list of this somewhere? Also, is it correct that you can get 5 in a BC studio, but only 4 in a BC 1 Bedroom?? Is there a comprehensive list somewhere on the boards of all DVC studios & 1 bedrooms for 5 vs 4 people? Thanks!

For AKV 1 bedroom it’s only Kidani that sleeps 5.

Except for the value 1BRs, both the Jambo 1BRs and Kidani 1BRs have the sleeper chair and sleep 5. The value 1BRs do not have the sleeper chair and do not allow a fifth except for a child under three in a crib. Kidani but not Jambo has the second bathroom.

I believe VGF also sleeps 5 for 1 BR.

But the fifth gets the bunk sized murphy bed, not a twin sized sleeper chair.

Note, that CCV doesn't permit five in either the studio or one bedroom.
