If I had a dollar for every time I've started and stopped a weight loss/fitness journey I'd be rich for sure. I'm 43 years old and hit my all time high of 262 lbs 2 weeks ago. Being only 5'2, I feel like this
I guess I can no longer blame it on the baby (he'll be 11 years old in 2 weeks).
So my goals are to lose somewhere around 120 lbs and to finish the Disney 1/2 in 2010. Not sure if I'll be walking, running, or a combo, but I will finish. My plan is to count calories, starting @ 1700-1800 and to exercise 30 min/day to start. I wanted to start this journal for 2 reasons. 1. So that when I am finally where I need to be, I can look back and remember all the details of the journey. 2. I feel inspired by so many people on the WISH and would love for you all to be a part of this. I welcome any comments, advice, etc.
