Liquid running gels

Got a running fanny pack and it came with 2 130ml running flasks for gels. Every gel I have seen is thick like peanut butter and I don't see that coming out of these bottles.


Anybody seen any? Or have an idea what to do with these bottles?

Would use the pocket and stick gels in them but the bottom is semi open and I feel they would fall out.

Use them for your water or electrolyte drink.

You could add premade gels in there and add a small amount of water to make the consistency easier to 'drink'. Or you could make your own from ingredients like brown rice syrup etc. I've seen lots of recipes out there.
