ok - i have seen a few shows on broadway, but i am in no way proficient in the ways of getting tickets.
i know lion king is a hot show and i am more than likely not going to get a discount on tickets for a group of 3. (if we all want to see the show at the same time and sit together.)
my questions are:
is it possible to just get 3 tickets? every website i visit for tickets only seem to offer them in sets of 2. i don't want to have to shell out an extra 100 to 150 for a seat that i don't need. if i can just get 3 tickets - where? (a number or website where that is possible.)
i have done some research and know that i want to try to be someplace other than front row center orchestra. too close to the stage. I also know that an isle would be primo. is there any way to go about having options in the tickets you purchase or do you just get what you get?
i know i may have to wait awhile, so i am cool with going anytime (even a weeknight/afternoon) in Jan, Feb, April or May. searching for such open ended seats seems like a full time job. any suggestions?
