We are a family of 4. However girlfriend of son is joining us for part of the trip this time. So, first two nights, 3 of us are in a room at PO, and two will be in separate room at PO (with separate MDE account, if that matters). Then, we all move. 3 of us at BWI and son and girlfriend at Swan (son and girlfried at Swan for 2 nights, then she leaves). One we move to BWI, Disney thinks my son will be with us the entire time, which is fine (I will be charged the extra $ for a few nights for him being in our room even though he wont be). But how will this work when I go to make fast passes. Can I tie our reservations to one MDE account for fast pass purposes? Does the UT tickets follow our magic bands? This is so complicated!

Probably a good question for the Theme Parks Advice and Strategies forum - if it's not already addressed in the FastPass FAQ.

I routinely manage trips where 2 MDE accounts are involved. You must link the extra people to your account if you want to make fastpasses for everyone at the same time. Once you are linked, you will be able to see their tickets. If you can see the tickets, you can make fastpasses.

The tickets are linked to your MDE account. They will show up on any magic band that is also linked to that person in MDE. Yes, the tickets will follow you during your various moves.

Link the MDE accounts as Friends & Family, then you should be able to see their plans. Link the tickets to the appropriate profiles/MDE accounts. Assuming tickets are linked, the FP+ booking window should open 60 day prior to the first check-in date and you should be able to book for the full trip.

The only snag might be for EMH access if your son is listed on 2 different profiles (once on your MDE and once on the girlfriend's account). His ticket can only be linked to 1 profile.

Enjoy your vacation!
