Linking reservations in MDE app

I created an account on MDE and made 2 ADRs. I then found out my TA created one for me that has our tickets, room, FPs and dining plan linked. I’ve tried moving my ADRs over and it won’t let me link them to the correct account. Do I just need to call Disney? I don’t want to mess them up...they are for BOG and Beaches & Cream!!
