Lines at Park Opening

Last week, at the entrance to DL, the CMs made everyone form a single line in front of each gate, even though each gate had 2 turnstiles that were manned upon opening. They even made a lady, who had sat down in front of one of the turnstiles after the lines were starting to get long, move. I felt sorry for her because I thought she was doing the smart thing when she arrived and sat down. It was almost as though they wanted the lines to "look" longer than they actually were. I know they tend to do this for rides by posting longer waits, especially prior to park close, to discourage people from getting in line...but at park opening? Weird.

OK - But this was no more than 5-10 minutes before they opened the gates. At that point, they should have known they were opening both turnstiles. And I've never been there on a summer day where they didn't open both turnstiles.
