Besides, a grown up refusing to let a child back in line after a trip to the bathroom is a whole lot meaner and ruder than the parent taking their child to the bathroom and coming back to the line. Thank goodness when dd had an emergency while in line for RnRC the people in line had a different attitude than some of the posters here.
In their defense, I don't believe they are talking about a parent and child leaving a line, going to the potty then returning to the line. The posters here who mentioned "blocking" others seem to be doing so upon initial entry into a line, not re-entry. I'm sure if they saw someone leave a line with a small child and return, they'd let them by with no issues.
I personally don't get stressed about line jumping, but I do hate to see large groups ditching at the front. It seems to be happening quite often these days... especially with meet and greets.
