Linda's W.I.S.H I was a size 6 journal ( comment's appreciated)

I got on the scale yesterday and I have to say I am not too happy- 10 lbs at the most. I need to get a digital scale - mine is harder to see the older I get.That's a long way down there to see those little lines! I guess I need to pick up the intensity again.

Ran on the treadmill today- warmed up for 3 then ran for 22 then walked for 5 then the elliptical for 15. Ate well today and lots of water. Last night had Chinese food, oh did that taste good.The scale is not my friend!
 
45 minutes on the elliptical last night. Feeling good, finally another cold is gone.Will weigh in on Wed.My husband continues to do well also- down about 8 lbs but 0 exercise- he doesn't get the connection- ex hockey player!
 

Still doing great, 16 lbs. gone. Doing elliptical 30 mins every am, abs 100 and at night running approx. 1.5 miles. My husband called me skinny minnie last night- yahoo- getting there!
 
Went to Lion King on Broadway yesterday- OMG! Great. Alot of walking. I did very well and had a banana for bkfst, chicken sandwich for lunch and did have a treat of choc shake on the ride home. Back to my plan today with exercise. Hope to get a run in, watching the weather.But I will do the ellipitcal and treadmill if not. Water and lots of it.

Go to Disney 3 months today and would like to lose maybe 10-14 lbs before I go. So here goes the big countdown.
