Limoges Jewelry - anyone used them?

I got a coupon code for 25% off on class rings so much cheaper than buying from the school's recommended place BUT I hate to buy something this expensive from a company I've never heard of. I've looked online for reviews and they're either universally hated or loved so now I'm really torn - cause I really need to be as budget as possible on this. Anyone here with some experience with this company?

I purchased my mother a Mother's Ring from Limoges last year. I got her this one :

How has it held up over time and was it sent in a timely manner? The main complaints online seem to be not getting items in a timely manner, not getting them at all and not being of lasting quality.

She does not wear it often, but it has held up nicely. And it was shipped out within 3 weeks of ordering. Being a special order, it took a bit longer to receive.
