Limo/Taxi - Carseats?

Does anyone know if you are traveling by Limo or Taxi does a child (2yr) have to be in a carseat? We are not planning on taking a carseat w/us to WDW, renting a car w/one, Will the limo (taking to the airport) supply one? or doesn't child have to be in one? How about a taxi (while in WDW) do they travel w/one in case a child rides? Never traveled with a toddler before.

Florida law says that kids have to be in carseats in taxis/limos up to a certain age (but 2 year olds definately). The taxi/limo companies do provide them. Our hotel front desk staff took care of this for us.
