Limited Time Magic 1st week of Feb?

Looks like those of us at WDW the 1st week of February won't be having any magic at all. All I could find was LTM for DL which actually looks kind of fun

Apparently, the "exciting event" for this week is to vote on a design for some select 2014 merchandise Disney is going to make...
