Limit to ADRs?

Our ADR date is coming up but this SWGE news threw me for a loop. Still not sure if we'll attempt HS, but I might try making an ADR there for the day we were planning and another ADR for Plan B. Is that possible or is there a limit to how many ADRs you can make in a day/week?

You can do a ADR for say, 1p at HS, but then it won't let you make another ADR somewhere else at 1p. It was my experience that there had to be an 90 minute window, so 230p or 1130a in the example.

Thanks! We actually have 3 rooms booked, so if my mom were to make her own reservations separately would that work?

Does your mom want to eat by herself, or are you just trying to hold as many reservations as possible for your own convenience and to the detriment of others?

Really? I'm not planning on making 18 reservations a day. I'm talking about two restaurants on ONE day due to some very unexpected circumstances, which also happens to be my son's birthday.

Thanks for the help!

Just remember that if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours in advance you’ll be charged $10/ person for the missed reservation.

I understand what you are asking. I think it's also good to know this is a very hot topic because for every ONE reservation you book that you don't need, there are a thousand other people doing the exact same thing and therefore holding reservations that other people are trying to get. So while I understand that your intent is not to hoard a bunch of reservations, please understand that because so many people do this, it has become controversial and does get people fired up.

That being said, Disney won't stop you from booking as many as you want as long as they don't overlap.

Your ADRs need to be 1 hour and 5 minutes apart. So you could make a lunch reservation for 12pm and one for 1:05pm just fine. Also if you have two adults with separate MDE accounts you could make two reservations at the same time, you just wouldn’t fill out the names of the other people
