Likelihood of Feb discount?

I'm booking last minute on a mid Feb cruise. The cruise doesn't look close to being sold out - many cabins available. Do you think they'll discount it? We are half way there with a military discount - we need the second room to be a bit more reasonable to make the trip happen. (Also, just to be clear - a military member can only get one room right?)

The deals already out there are probably the best you can get. PIF date has past about a month ago.

Are you or the people who need the second room a Florida resident?
What port would you be going out of?
Looks like there are some discounts for the end of February can you wait till then?
Have you contacted the cruise line or a travel agent to check with them about discounts?
According to the web site military members are aloud 1 states room per military member per sailing, I would check with the cruise to confirm this.

Also, are you allowed to use a TA? Depending on who you use, getting an OBC could be the amount you need to make it happen. If you're able to use a TA and you're a Costco member, check with them about their cashback for a booking. That might be the difference you need.

What is a PIF date?

Paid-in-Full date. That’s the date when booked guests must pay the balance of their cruise or cancel. DCL monitors cancellations around that date and issues discounts - Guaranteed with restriction, Florida and military - to fill the ship as necessary. As of this week, PIF deals are issued up to the April 24th Wonder cruise.
