I know from reading this thread that concierge at WL is on the 7th floor.

This may seem like a dumb question, but is it the entire 7th floor? North and South wings?

I am still waivering on whether or not to book concierge.Oh, decisions, decisions, decisions............
I am calling to book on Friday---I'd better make up my mind huh?
