I need ideas for Mickey and Minnie themed favors - Any ideas??? I really wanted to do ornaments but they were too expensive. Any other ideas?

I know the ornaments can be pricey but I was at the Disney Store this morning and they are all buy one get one free. Not sure if this lowers the cost enough.

What about antenna toppers? it's differnet and unique and they have them in so many designs. I guess it depends on the number of guests you have since they are $3 something a piece I think.

That's a great idea - I didn't even think of that! I will have to look into that! Thanks!:teeth:

Are you having a Disney themed Wedding at home or at Disney?

Here is an idea if you have the time to make them.
How about Mickey shaped Rice Crispy Treats. You can wrap each one in a cellophane bag and tie it with ribbons of what ever colors you are using for your wedding.

I was going to do this for our at home party, but then just did not get around to it.

I use the Mickey pancake mold, but found the Mickey cookie cutter does a better job because it has a better shape to it.

Also, are you going with a particulare theme (mickey mouse, cinderella..etc.), or just all Disney in general?

I had white chocolate candy bars shaped as Cinderella's coach for my bridal shower. You can find these candy mold on e-bay.

I also had chocolate castles, and personalized candy bars with our name and date on them for our at home party.

Okay, I don't know if Food Favors is what you had in mind, but I thought I would at least give you the idea. Good Luck!

P.S I tried to post pics, but am having some trouble. I don't know if shutterfly is down or what is wrong, but it's not working for me tonight. If these ideas sound like something you would like to do, let me know and I'll try posting again.

I am looking at using Mickey bookmarks. I am also considering (depending on price and if I can find them) Mickey picture frames.

I found the bookmarks here:

Bookmarks are another great idea - maybe I could do it in addition to what we have decided on.

We decided to make homemade chocolates (we got Mickey & Minnie candy molds),and rice crispies in the shape of Mickey like someone suggested earlier. Thank you everyone for your fabulous ideas.

I made Castle, Carriages and Mickey head (the icon thingy) soaps in different colors for favors.
