Lightspeed Panel logon issues

Has anyone ever been able to contact Lightspeed when they can't log on? I have the correct e-mail address & password - even had them send me my password to confirm. I've e-mailed them twice & no response. I don't do them much, but know I have enough points to get something, so I want to be able to get on the site.

I have had to contact them about this once before too. They replied within a day and told me that the site had been down during the time that I had been trying to login. Maybe the site was down when you were trying to access it? Hope you get it figured out
