Checking in -- oh so close to my goal. I lost 9.6lbs this month and my goal was 10lbs. So 96% (with a 10lb loss goal, these percentages are really easy to figure out

I know these are personal challenges, but for anyone out there keeping track, I'm going to use today's weight as my May 1st weight. Today is my free day and I could very well weigh 2lbs more tomorrow morning depending upon what I eat today. Using that higher weight would be cheating in my eyes (since I generally lose that weight early in the week)

Oh, well there is always next month 2/3 running sessions.
