2 cups mayo
1 sm. can sliced olives (drain water well)
1 sm. can diced jalapenos (drain juice well)
3 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Chop artichokes to small pieces and add all ingredients to a pyrex pan and cook at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

We just finished ACTS. I took us over a year to do 28 chapters....

Thank you!

28 Chapters in 52 weeks is not bad:thumbsup2

I love pictures where you can sorta see the curvature of the earth. cool.

I had to pop in and welcome Derek to the DIS! :welcome: You finally succumbed! I just noticed this as I've only had time to read the updates, not all the humorous banter in between. Jordan, it's been great as usual. I plan on enjoying this for the next year!

The pictures of Dylan waiting for Soarin' are so cute. I love his expressions.

How late did you sleep in?

Beka...coming up on 2 months since the trip and on day 4 of 13......3 days in 2 months....probably sometime in the fall I'll be done...

Derek's pictures are gorgeous! Bee-u-tifull!

It's always better to have a puddle on your pillow and not the middle of your bed...:rolleyes1

So, yep, I'm all ready for part two to have a real update. Although it was nice to see your DIS meet.
I've never been to Disneyland and my husband isn't sure he wants to go. Anyone up for going with me? :rolleyes1

How soon are you thinking about going?

And to top that trip off, we were in Maryland during the DC sniper shootings.....I asked Wendy to pack all of Erin's diapers so I wouldn't be shot at when stopping at a 7-11 for her diapers. But alas, we had to make a stop anyway, so I was doing the "dodge and weave" action to the store and back....kind of humorous in hind sight.

Oh, and the snipers were caught in Fredricksburg, the same city where my friends' parents live and where we celebrated a gift opening party. Small world. So yes, we were crazy traveling with young kids but don't cite us as role models:rotfl:

 Yikes to say the least! We have a Fredricksburg here in Texas too. We traveled when Tyler was only about four months old, and Mackie about the same age, so yea...a little crazy, but doable for sure.

I have also really enjoyed watching your kids grow through Jordan's Trip reports. They always are doing things to make me laugh and I can tell that your family has a really strong bond. You don't really see that much nowadays, but it is so refreshing to see people care about their families so much.

Amen sister!

I can see you - like in the original movie The In-Laws, when Peter Falk screams at Alan Arkin as bullets are flying all around: "Serpentine Shelly! Serpentine!":lmao:

:rotfl2: OMGosh! I totally see that in my minds eye, that's to funny!

Page 13 but I'm here! Lucky! :rotfl2:

That came out wrong....I meant lucky number 13...not that you are lucky I'm here. ;)

:rotfl2: My Texas Sista! Your so funny Elizabeth.

We ARE lucky you're here:):thumbsup2

:yay:

 Wow! That's pretty industrious! :worship: Good for all y'all! :yay:

Okay, just exactly how many times did you hit the snooze button?? :rolleyes1

Wake up, Man! You're in Walt Disney World!!

didn't realize there was a part 2 already!

I noticed Ashlyn had her pacifier...we use the same ones for my DS 19 months but was 16 mos when we were at WDW...we ended up stealing both shoestrings off my dad's extra pair of shoes and used one to tie to the stroller and the other to tie to his zipper to his coat/sweatshirt so we were not losing them all the time. (we lose a lot of paci's at home...:lmao:)
