I have some great news, but first to let you know Judy is doing OKAY!! Miss stubborn is doing more than she should !! I try to do dishes and laundry but took a Dis break only to find she had done laundry and was sweeping the floor !!

Now for my news !!!!! I got my free Disney trip this October !!

to all of you! Thanks for checking in Derek. Sounds like you had a wonderful Celebration of Life for pastor Dave. We will be here when you are all ready to come back! He must have been a very special man, to have so many come from so far to pay tribute to him!

The Memorial sounds beautiful. Glad everyone is getting back to Business as Normal. I just returned from a trip as an Escort to Lake George to the news that Judy is in the hospital with a possible bleeding ulcerYour prayers are badly needed she is in rough shape and all she worries about is the kids !! Kinda explains the ulcer Fod now I am the Head Cook Bottlewasher and parent !! Along with working I have a lot of juggling to do Thank goodness my Boss says do what you have to and don't worry!!
I will post when I get a chance but it may not be often!!!

I think it's wonderful you called it a celebration of life. That slideshow idea is also wonderful.

What a wonderful way to play tribute to a loved one. I would love to see some of the slide show.

Derek, thank you for keeping us in the loop. I wish we could all be there to love on you guys as your going through this, I hope your feeling the intercession. It sounds like the service went well, and the turn out mentioned is amazing! I could only wish to have left behind that many people touched by my lifed lived for the Lord. I miss you guys, hope your doing well Jordy. I miss you so all so much.

Hi folks. I should have followed Yuki's advice and tried uploading the slide show to Photo Bucket. Instead, I decided to build a tribute website at www.davidshigekawa.webs.com. Here is a link to the shorter 7 min & 49 second version and not the full 30 minute version. I'm having trouble finding a site that can host that much video. The shorter video is the same one posted on Facebook which some of you have already seen.

Several family members and friends have asked for DVDs of the 30 minute slide show as well as the memorial service (another video project that I'm currently editing), especially for folks who couldn't attend the service. Once I finish all the edits and see if I can upload the videos to Reverend David's website. I'll let you all know.

Just popping into say Hi!!! Jordan are you out there lurking ??? How are you doing !! I spoke to Winkers this morning and of course you were a part of the conversation !!! I am planning my FREE trip this October and itis fun but challenging as I am not sure how well my charges will do with walking etc !!!!!

I'm just kidding. I think a tribute website is a wonderful idea. And the website looks great! I read about his life. He is truly inspiring to read about.

I'm looking forward to seeing the ceremony as well. It seems you've become the media master for his memorial!

Chapter 30. a little review.

I know there are 1 or 2 of you that are still following this TR....me and maybe Derek.

So it's been so long since I actually did an update, I actually had to go back and do a little review of the trip so far. So just to look back on the February, yes I said February, trip......



Remember......

I travelled to WDW solo..

Remember the loving lesbians from the Magical Express.

I stayed at Pop solo, but Winkers and EnglishRosie were also staying at Pop.

I met up with Winkers and Djay:

I got to see my favorite restroom:

I got to use it as well...sorry no pictures of that.....

Met up with Blueyed Girl and Rosie for dinner at the Wave:

Wendy and Derek and gang showed up in force:
