Is a fastpass necessary in October? If so, what time do you need to get one (particularly for the second showing)? If the showtimes remain similar, that is the only one that will potentially work for our day at MGM. Thank you!

I would always advise you to get one because the LMA FP is not linked up with the rest of the system which means you can have a FP for LMA and then get one for any other FP attraction right after that. So really, there's no reason not to get one.

Wow, that's great to know. ::MinnieMo

Does anybody know the times that LMA usually shows? Or does it change daily?
Since the attraction opened, there have been two show schedules.
Current schedule: 11:00 a.m., 1:55 p.m. and 4:40 p.m

We got a set of FastPasses for the show in July. They actually wound up going to waste because the show was not nearly to capacity at all, and we wound up getting the same seats as everyone else. So I guess if the show becomes more popular it may come in handy then.

Are there any other shows that you can FP right after getting a PF?

So that's the reason why we were able to double up on our fastpasses this past June. We got fastpasses at 11:00 for the 4:40 show and were still able to do fastpasses for other attractions.

Yes, fastpass also ended up being a waste with us as well - people were walking in with no wait right up to the start of the show. FYI - we saw the show the week before July 4.

When we were there the first week of June they were not even using FP, although it was nearly filled. I think weather may have been a factor, since those afternoon storms came along every day. I would say if they are available, get one. It is a great show, and you would not want to miss it!

You have to walk all the way to the back of MGM where the LMA theater is located to get a fastpass.

The theater holds 5,000 people (HUGE) and FP's dont get special seating so if you have to make a special trip to the back of MGM to get a FP, there's really no advantage to having one and that time could be spent getting a FP that counts.

Now if you are back there anyway.........

We were there last Sunday and the FP line was all the way out to NY street. The stanby-line was a clear shot to the stands (it was non existent). The show started and the FP line was still coming in. I say skip it and others have reported the same thing.

Nope, only the new stunt show is on it's own little "network". All the other FP attractions work normally.
