Wow, that is absolutely fascinating. Apparently the very high cost, especially at MK, isn't deterring people from spending for it during busier times.......

I wonder if people who have smaller parties (2 or maybe a few paying for themselves) are more willing to pay for it over larger parties. I know my family won't be paying for it since the cost is so high. Especially the week after Easter - I don't even want to know what that would cost me for one park.

Anyway to know when they are selling out? 7 days before, at the window off site guests can purchase, day of, etc?

I would think that is the case....I would bet that not many families of 4 or 5 would be paying an additional $399 per day per family member...

For some larger parties, it’s a lower cost than a VIP tour but gives them similar (not identical) freedom, if they want to concentrate on a single park.

Not sure who's buying it or how many Disney is selling, but it's amazing to see it selling out so quickly at these prices.

Since Sat. 2/22 is already sold out (yesterday) that was 7 days out.
Yes, I can see the dates currently selling out. I am suggesting that it may be helpful if we document this as looking at the historical dates, like Christmas, there is no way to tell when they sold out.

This is the webpage you want: https://www.thrill-data.com/premier-pass/wdw

Scroll down to see when it was last available on the dates it sold out. For example, Christmas Day at MK sold out 12/21 @ 11:47 PM.

@Tom_E_D has provided a link. If you feel additional information would be helpful, you are welcome to track it and post it in this thread.

I would love to see one of the vloggers compare Magic Kingdom with LLPP vs. an expertly used LLMP/LLSP + standby on the same day.
I'd bet that LLMP/LLSP plus standby could easily get as much done at a fraction of the cost, not to mention be able to hop to a second park.
I guess not having to fiddle with your phone is super valuable to some people.

The attraction of LLPP to me is being in complete control of when I enter every LL. I can start in one area and walk from one ride to the next or crisscross the park, as I wish. I can take breaks when I want. I’m not at the mercy of the LLMP and LLSP computer programs. It’s not so much getting as much done, it’s getting it done at my pace!

Unfortunately, our budget didn’t allow us to purchase LLPP during our visit, but it’s definitely attractive!

On a quieter day I believe you’re correct. On a busy day like today my guess is it would be far more challenging to accomplish all MK attractions without LLPP. It would be a great video for someone to do!

I have always enjoyed the idea of Lightening Lanes and would purchase it in advance of my vacation. Then reality hit. I made all my advance reservations with the full intention of getting to the park early. I would routinely miss my window and when attempting to make it later it was sold out. So I managed to use it for all the ones that I didn't actually need it for (a/k/a no wait time). Last vacation, (Dec '24) I realized I was wasting lots of money. I don't do the major coasters or thrill rides so I decided to eliminate this expense. And then comes LLPP which on its surface answers every issue I have. I can get to the park when I get there and use this throughout my day without having to spend time trying to adapt times on my phone. So I considered my options and decided that for me I would use it best at EPCOT - and the price was relatively reasonable (for 2/25) and if I was unable to get it, I'd be fine with that. At exactly 6:59am, 7 days out I got it. I have a feeling that since I don't NEED to be at EPCOT early - I will be there early. It's possible that for my next vacation (May) I may opt to use it for the MK as there's lots of attractions I've skipped due to lines. Then again, many of the dates I'd want to use it this time are sold out - but I didn't check that when I purchased the EPCOT LLPP.
