Lightning Lane Multi Pass Attraction Sellout

We're going to DHS/Epcot this Monday, AK on Wednesday, and MK on Friday. We are staying offsite.

1. Does this mean I have to buy LLMP on 3 separate days at 7am, 3 days prior for each day?
2. If I do book 3 days prior, is there a chance that that some of the first 3 rides I want will not be available because resort guests took all the time slots?

It varies depending on your park tickets. If you purchased the newer Date range tickets then (3) days before your first day you are able to book for the entire range of when you tickets are valid. What tickets do you have?

No, you see the available LLMP Attraction selections before you actually purchase your initial (3) LLMP selections at a park.

I got the 3 day hopper pass (good for 5 days). Are you saying that if the first day is on Monday (22nd), then I can select rides for Monday, Wednesday, AND Friday on the 19th?

Yes, there is a chance some you hoped to book (e.g. Slinky Dog Dash or Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster) may all be sold out before you are eligible to book but, you will know this before you need to complete your purchase. If you are not happy with the attractions/times available, you have the option to not complete the purchase.

If the first eligible date to use your tickets is Mon, Jun 22nd, then as an offsite guest, you may book all 3 days of LL on Fri, Jun 19th.

You may want to familiarize yourself with the timing for additional same-day Lightning Lane releases. Several drops are made each day on many of the headliners, but you have to be quick as they do go very fast.

We were skeptical at first, but this is a viable strategy for attractions that may have “sold out” in advance.

Offsite local here - the mods nailed the mechanics, but for your spread the thing that actually matters is booking order Friday morning. The attractions that genuinely sell out before an offsite window opens are the headliners: Slinky and Rise at DHS, Cosmic Rewind at Epcot, Tron and Seven Dwarfs at MK - grab those first and the rest fills in fine. Honest take: LLMP earns its keep at MK and DHS, but on your AK day I'd skip it and just rope-drop Pandora - you can get Flight of Passage and Na'vi River before the LL crowd even logs in.

DHS looks like it'll have moderate crowds next week. On similar days in the past:

Smugglers Run has good day-of availability:



When the data point markers turn from dots (o) to "X", that indicates that at that time of day, the ride has historically not had LLMP available more than 50% of the time. For MFSR this happens after 8:30 pm in the graph above.

Toy Story Mania typically runs out before noon, but there's often a day-of LLMP drop or two:
