Lighted eyes and skeleton face sold on carts @ Magic Kingdom

Hi,
We just returned from visiting the mouse. Saw lots of lighted eyes worn on back or front of shirts ( sort of flashing evil eyes and flashing skeleton head (more like nightmare before Christmas) but could not find a cart to buy them from.
I have search online for them but have had no luck finding them. They cost $15 each. Does anyone know what they are called and where I can purchase some.

I think I saw a thread where someone had seen the lighted pumpkins at Walgreens. Maybe they have the skeleton ones too.

For anyone else whose looking for them and haven't gone yet, I got the ghost ones and pumpkin ones at a cart near Frontierland Trading Post during MNSSHP.

Looking at the Castle, we found them on the right of Main Street, just as you enter the hub.
