Light up toddler Disney shirts at Wal-Mart

I just wanted to share my find with you all. I found these really cool Disney shirts at Wal-Mart yesterday. They blink and light up with you move -- like those sneakers that blink and light-up when you step. They had them in Tinkerbell, Princess, Ariel, Cinderella... There could have been more, but we only got the Tink and Princess ones. They were only $7. There were also Disney t-shirts on clearance for $3.

I thought that it would be so cool for my DD to wear the light-up shirt in the parks at night.

I got my DD3 Tinkerbell. She loves it & wants to wear it all the time.

I saw a Mickey one at my local Walmart.

I saw them too! they are so cool! The only reason why I didn't buy them is it says they are washable but wouldn't the washer eventually wreck the light? I want to get one for my son but that is my only concern.

I don't recommend them for little kids.I washed it and the little battery fell out.If a small child swallows one of these, they can die from an airway obstruction, or worse.I have personally as an RN seen the worse case of this, when a small child swallowed the battery he got out of his light up shoes.

I am glad I went with my gut instinct not to get one!
