Life jackets & height requirements for Water Parks

Can someone tell me if

1. My dd can wear her life jacket/vest at the water parks?

2. For the slides with the double tubes can dd (age 4) sit in the double tube with dh or will she need to ride on a single tube with him?

It's odd - I'm usually the one overthinking the details at Disney and now dh is planning an attack on the water parks!

I'll be almost 7 months pregnant so I'll have fun on the lazy river and taking pictures of the two of them on the slides!

On the slides that allow double tubes that do not have a height restriction, she will be able to ride in the double with your husband, she just has to sit in the front (which I am sure is where you would want her anyway). They do not allow lap seating on single tubes when on the slides for safety reasons.

As far as life jackets you can "borrow" them:

They are Complimentary, but you must leave a form of personal identification such as: Room Key, Car Keys, Insurance Card, Credit Card
Note: Driver's Licenses and Passports will NOT be accepted

If you want to bring your own they will allow:
Swimmers aid devices that attach to the body. (Parents must stay within arms length of the child.)
Coast Guard personal flotation devices (PFD), water wings and flotation sewn into the bathing suit are permitted in shallow water. (Shallow water is defined as chest deep on the person responsible for the child wearing the swimmer's aid; generally 4 feet of water or less.)

Blizzard Restrictions are:

Summit Plummit - Must be 48 inches tall to ride
Slush Gusher - Must be 48 inches tall to ride
Downhill Double Dipper - Must be 48 inches tall to ride
Chair Lift Up Mt. Gushmore - Must be 32 inches tall to ride
Tikes Peak - Children under 4 feet tall play here with their parents.

Typhoon Restrictions are:

Humangua Kowabunga- Must be 48 inches tall to ride
Crush N Gusher- Must be 48 inches tall to ride
Shark Reef- Under 10 must be accompanied by an adult

Thanks, that's very helpful. She is learning to swim but still a little worried about "sinking." So she keeps reminding me to bring her purple life jacket!
