Life Jackets for the boat? Best place to buy?

My parents bought a new boat in September and really need to replace all of their lifejackets. I'm talking just the standard, orange ones you HAVE to have on the boat for each person onboard. They are $8.99 at Dicks Sporting goods, but I'm just wondering if there is somewhere I may find them cheaper.

Also, they need to replace a few water ski vests as well, and again, Dicks has them and the ones I"m looking at are running $40-$50 dollars.

They live on a lake, so we aren't talking dealing with large waves, etc. We water ski & jet ski and just take leisurely boat rides.

Any other places I may expand my search?

Thanks. I thought it sounded about right and I'm getting them a few for Christmas gifts and just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something better out there

The best we've done on them has been the $9-10 at Dicks and buying a few at a time to use the dollars-off coupons from the Entertainment book.
