Love the Halloween photos. I love that doughnut game. Were those Krispy Kreme's? You've gotta have Krispy Kreme's for that game for the proper amount of glaze on the face. We used to do a variation of that game at a harvest party we held at my church when I lived in NC a decade ago (wow, time flies). The variation was that it wasn't a race. Instead, someone else (who got all the fun) was pulling on the string and would gradually pull it higher until the person was really reaching for it, and then they'd kinda plop it onto their face and get them good and sticky.
Yes, Jeff does kinda look like John Hurt in Accidental Tourist in that photo!
Sorry to hear about the drama surrounding soccer and all. Hang in there.
YES they are Krispy Kremes! Nothing else is allowed.
I love the pulling it up and plopping image, how funny!
Not one of Jeff's better pictures....
No worries on the drama. I'm going to try to keep it out of the PTR except as it influences any dates if it does. We knew going into it this would happen and I'm actually glad its on the table now.
Love the Halloween pics--the party looked like a blast.
Sorry about the situation with the ex. It's always difficult when kids are stuck in the middle of things they have no control over. Best of luck in your decisions.
It was a blast, my mom did a great job coming up with new games, my favorite was that each kid had a "name" or thing or person pinned to the back of their costume and they had to go around asking the adults questions to try to figure out who they were. It was primarily Disney Characters with a couple of marvel superhero's thrown in.
Eric was Snow White
Evan was Captain Hook
Kendall was Donald Duck.
It was really really funny! Poor Eric really confused himself when he asked my sister and I if he was a ride at Disney. To which we replied he was. However since he's never been on the Snow White ride...it really confused him!
Still, it was a great question.
Ah....just so you know....You are STILL the nerdiest!![]()
And proud of it. Though there are times (like when it becomes clear that I am supposed to be in charge of all things electronic in our home, which I find odd given that Jeff is the engineer and I was a Poli Sci major) when it can be a bit of a drag.
I am a font of mostly useless knowledge.
I was actually slightly frightened that I knew some of those answers.
