Is the Liberty Tree Tavern dinner at MK a good character experience? It's just DH and I, but we're both big kids at Disney and love the characters. This seems like a good deal with the MYW dp. What do you think?

Thanks!

We ate at LTT last May and thought that the food and character interaction were great. We saw some of the characters twice! I say give it a try :thumbsup2

Agreed. It was a great dinner experience. Good food and good interaction!

We went this last January and this character dinner was the best of 4 that we tried. This restaurant is smaller than a lot of the others, so the characters seemed to take a lot more time at the tables. The restaurant was full when we were there, but the character interatctions were by far the longest, and the best here. We saw the characters at least 3 times and most of them more. They spent quite a bit of time at the tables. And again, the food was quite good too! I would highly recommend this character dinner over most others.

DH and I tried the LTT character dinner after going there for lunch on the trip before. We loved it! No kids for us either...just the 2 big kids that we are. The food was great (total comfort food) :thumbsup2 and so was the character interaction.

My dh and i have had lunch there w/o kids and no characters at lunchtime, but the food was still good. We did bring our kids there for dinner the next trip and we all loved it. Went back a third time this past year for Thanksgiving dinner. As you can tell one of our favorites, the food is always good, character interaction is always good. Definately a thumbs up, and go with a good appetitite. Only downfall to this restaurant is it only "seats" 2 in the restroom and can sometimes have a very long line. Have a magical trip.

We enjoyed it as well. The character interaction was super.

I would highly recommend LTT, for both character interaction and the food...we ate here on our trip this past Aug. and it was one of our favorites...We didn't have small kids either, DH, DS12, DS22 and myself....Even my boys had a good time, with the characters...as we were leaving either Chip or Dale(can't remember which) came up to my oldest...who by the way is 6'7''....C or D (whichever) looked him up and down, the grabbed a chair and climbed up on it, mking the gesture that he was NOW taller than DS....it was so funny...every one around was laughing...we just really enjoyed this experience, so much more than the Dinner we had Chef Mickey's ....and the food was definately better... :bitelip:

My wife and I make it sort of a tradition to have dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern. The meal is pretty good and the character interaction is always fun. We have some great photos from past trips. :)

Another vote for LTT! We went last May and had a great time. All characters came around twice, and the food was wonderful. Have fun :thumbsup2

Another vote for LTT...I ate there on my recent trip and it was great. Good food, excellent character interaction, and decent service. The price is reasonable as well.

We saw all of the characters at least twice...it is definitely a great place to dine!

I'm so glad to hear all the rave reviews! At least now I can relax about one of our dinners...now what to do about Ohana's....... :confused3

A definate thumbs up from me :thumbsup2 This is one of out favorites. I loved the food and characters and I lliked the fact it isn't a buffet.

we love the LTT. We eat there the first night and our last dinner in Disney. The food is wonderful and so are the characters. Our last trip was january and my dd that was 11 months old reacted with the characters well. This was her first experience with them. It set the pace for the rest of the trip. I highly recomend.

Which characters did you see at Liberty tavern??

Goofy, Minnie, Chip, Dale and Pluto. And they are all dressed in varying degrees of colonial attire. Really fun meal my family cannot miss, with probably the best character interraction each time we go! :thumbsup2
