We will be at Epcot on Saturday, February 7. If we choose to hop over to MK for Spectro at 7:00 (still undecided) which of these would you choose for a PS:
Liberty Tree Tavern at 4:30, or
Cinderella's at 5:15?

I think 4:30 is a bit early, but am concerned that we may not get out of the 5:15 Cindy's in time to find a spot to watch Spectro. (We will probably watch from Liberty Square or Frontierland, probably not Main Street, though it doesn't matter all that much, just wherever there is a space is fine with me.)

What do you think? We are fast eaters but I'm not sure about how long it will take to be seated and served.

Liberty Tree I think is the best choice. I have not been impressed with CRT the last 2 times we have gone...but we have always been happy with the food, characters and CMs at Liberty Tree. I know it is early but either time will really be ok for a 7pm Spectro. The 5:15 at CRT will still leave you with enough time to get a good spot. I believe there are minimal crowds during the time you are going. Have fun!!!

We just came back about 2 weeks ago and dined at both CRT and LTT. Food wise, we thought the LTT was great and would choose them over CRT. Unless there's a sentimental value to going to CRT for you and your family, LTT would be my choice, especially if you're planning on watching Spectro in that area anyway...

Thanks for the replies! I have decided to go with LTT! I was looking at the menus, and LTT just sounds so good. Somehow it came across as more relaxing... Not sure if it's possible for one type of menu to be more relaxing, but that's my impression. (Maybe because I don't have to actually choose what to order, and maybe because I know I would have time and not feel rushed.) Anyway, I made a Cindy's lunch PS for another day, so we will get to experience both, but after reading what others thought, and giving it some consideration, I think LTT is the dinner we're looking for!

Thanks again!

We were there last week and honestly I would choose LTT. CRT is nice but much more formal and expensive.

i think time wise your fine either way....but depends on your preference cuisine wise...ltt is safe, thksgivg dinner type food....royal table is a little more adventurous and there is more room for error

also, do u want characters?

Well, I guess it doesn't really matter either way. I wasn't specifically LOOKING for a character meal. I'm actually kind of concerned that we have too many character meals -- I didn't really PLAN to, but it's working out that way.

We have Crystal Palace for dinner, Donald's Breakfast (requested by DS), LTT for dinner (because of menu more than characters), and 1900 Park Fare for breakfast (not sure why, but we needed breakfast and this one gets good reviews)

Maybe I should just skip Chef Mickey's altogether!
I'm afraid the kids are going to get tired of characters!

We have done both and like CRT, but love LTT. While it is a character meal, it is much calmer and slower paced that most other ones. The food is awsome and service while not over the top, we found fine. It's really good on a cool winter night.
